These tasty Spanish morsels are simple to prepare and offer a crowd-pleasing flavour combo.
Inspired by Spanish baseline phenomenon Rafael Nadal, they are best served straight away and won’t last long.
Iberian ham (or prosciutto)
- Slice the bread diagonally and layer sliced ham, quarter of a fig and a little wedge of goats cheese.
- Pintxo means ‘spike’ in Spanish as these snacks are often served skewered on a toothpick – feel free to pop one in for the authentic Basque look.
