Feel bright-eyed and bushy-tailed in the morning – this bircher muesli is the best reason to get out of bed. Mix it up in minutes the night before and wake up to a healthy, café-style breakfast that gets you ready to take on the world (or at least the day.)

What you’ll need:

Oats (1 cup)

Slivered almonds (1/4 cup)

Pumpkin seeds (1/4 cup)

Sunflower seeds (1/4 cup)

Apple (grated)

Shredded coconut

Cinnamon (teaspoon)

Honey (1 tablespoon)

Water (1 cup)

Yogurt and berries (optional)
