What you'll need:

Low fat yogurt (1 tablespoon)

Ginger (1 inch nub)

Psyllium husks (1 tablespoon)

Flaxseeds (1 tablespoon)

Raspberries (½ cup)

Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)

Almond milk (1 cup)
