Green juice recipe

A full-of-goodness blend to keep you refreshed, nourished and energised.

Ingredients

1 large green apple, cored and chopped 

1 large celery stalk, chopped 

1 cucumber, chopped

Juice of 1 lemon

4 cm knob of ginger, minced 

1 cup of filtered water 

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
