A free public lecture on optimising nutrition for endurance performance is being held on Friday 18 October at RMIT Melbourne.

Presented by Sports Dietitians Australia (SDA), the event will offer expert nutrition insights by SDA Vice President and Director of Next Level Nutrition, Alan McCubbin.

Outlining the latest research and providing practical solutions, Alan will guide you through building your next race nutrition plan and how to get the most out of your performance.

Accredited Sports Dietitians will also be on hand to offer expert tips and personal insight from their own marathon, ironman triathlon and endurance cycling endeavours.

Lecture attendees will have the opportunity to quiz Accredited Sports Dietitian members in the audience on anything related to sports nutrition. Prepare your questions and don’t miss out on this great opportunity.
