Fresh and light, this papaya and coconut smoothie whisks you away to a tropical island
Papaya acts as a digestive aid (it’s rich in the digestive enzyme papain). It’s extremely high in vitamin C, as well as an excellent source of folate, potassium, vitamin A and dietary fibre.
1/2 ripe papaya
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup filtered water
1 tablespoon flax seeds (linseeds)
1. Blend papaya, coconut milk and filtered water.
2. Top with flax seeds, and enjoy!
