Banana and tahini smoothie recipe

Get a nourishing start to your day with this creamy, flavoursome blend

Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 banana

2 cups almond milk


1 teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon nutmeg


1 tablespoon tahini

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, blitz until smooth, serve and enjoy!
