This emergency advice service is provided by International SOS, one of the largest 24 hour medical and security assistance company's in the world.

Services include:

• Emergency medical advice and assistance
• Referrals to doctors or medical centres for medical treatment and assistance with making appointments
• Short term counselling services with professional counsellors
• Access to a solicitor for general legal advice and referrals
• Phone assistance to help replace lost or stolen travel documents or passports

Interpreters are available for Japanese, Mandarin, Indonesian, Malay, Cantonese, Thai, Korean, Portuguese and many more languages.
