If your current registration is with Medicare Australia, any additional locations also need to be registered through Medicare Australia. Further information regarding requesting additional locations with Medicare Australia is available on the link below:

Medicare Australia notifies Medibank Private of Provider numbers issued. Medicare Australia regularly provides Medibank Private with this information which is then automatically updated in Medibank Private's systems. Currently, Medicare Australia provides this information on a monthly basis.

For urgent applications, please fax your Medicare Australia confirmation letter, marked "Attention: Medical and Ancillary Adjustments and Registrations" to (03) 8456 6250. If you would like confirmation of your recognition as an Ancillary Provider with Medibank Private, please supply your email address.
